"How disappointing that you are the only grocery store that opens at 6AM in downtown Leesburg yet when I went to check out the person who has the keys to be able to allow anyone to check out was not at work. This was at 6:25 AM. This has happened twice now in the morning."

"I’ve always done my grocery shopping at giant. I enjoy making small talk with some of the workers there cause they are all pleasant. About 3-4 months ago I ended up purchasing the lotus reusable bags they sell at the front cause I refuse to pay for plastic bags. And I love how easy they are to store. I always keep them in the trunk of my car. Well I went to grab a few things and pulled out two random color bags out of the trunk of my car that just happened to “match” the two that were missing from a set in the store. I had two Hispanic ladies approach me near check out and accuse me of taking them out of the set. When I told them I got them from the trunk of my car they didn’t believe me and were very clear about it. I even asked where the set was when they found it and the response I got was “over there”. Seems like a very vague response. Highly doubt I’ll be coming back to this location."

"Their lost prevention measures have gotten out of hand. Now, when you use their "self-checkout", it is more of pain than ever as it an over-complicated system of weighing your items and will freeze the checkout process when it thinks you may have put something in your bag that you shouldn't have. Also, they do not provide ample space for your non-plastic bags, so it makes the process even more cumbersome. A cherry on top of the whole process is someone watching your every move to make sure you are not trying to game the system. Oh yea, and their produce and meat section of horrific. I'm done with Giant."
