They were also able to help us navigate a crisis when my son let go of the balloons about 30 minutes before his party started. "Not surprised to see the experiences of customers leaving reviews of poor treatment from the staff. Many businesses in Leesburg lack proper training and addressing staff issues feedback from customers from corporate. I bought a balloon paid $25 for it. Not only wasn’t I called prior or at pick up time but the tail of the balloon which is attached separately deflated twice. Clearly the staff using the helium is not trained. I wasted my time and money here and there’s nothing they can do to get my business back. On top of it all supposedly I need to come in person into the store to get my online purchase refund!!!!!"
