"Good prices but the customer service was awful here. Purchased a drawer and requested an email receipt. Never got it. Did not get a paper receipt and then I was told that the item I just bought was sold out and to come back in a few days. I came back and explained what happened they said that they had no record of me buying the drawer (even though my card was charged and the security camera saw me buy it there). Told me to call a customer service phone number and no response. I feel like this store just scammed me out of $160 since I'm still waiting on the drawer. Go to another Big Lots store or buy online, they were very mean at this one."
