"Store is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly but hard to find sometimes. Prices are okay. Some things Run High. Check out is fast and fairly accurate however you do have to use the self checkout now 90% of the time."

"Lowe’s leesburg is Selling products without checking the inventory or delivery situations. Do not rely on delivery and availability even after you fully paid for your items and delivery cost. They partially delivered my order and they said they can’t deliver the remaining order and will not refund the delivery cost as it partially delivered after holding my project for about 2 weeks. Had to pay extra for labor and shipping due to their lack of customer service."

"I visited the store yesterday. The manager there was very nice. Seth in lumber was professional and very polite. There was a gentleman in electrical and lighting that advised me on light selections which reduced my time for changing out old builders grade ceiling mount lights for LEDs."

"In August 2023, I purchased an LG washer/dryer combo. Unfortunately the dryer arrived to us broken so we had to send it back. This would be OK normally except that it took them over a month to send us a new dryer. In the course of the month (actually more like 6 weeks but who's counting?), it took us 10+ physical visits to the store and more calls than I care to count. Each time we interacted with them it was as though they had never heard of us. Each time we had to re-explain what happened. Each time we were promised a delivery on x day and that we would receive a call or text to confirm. 9/10 this never happened. On the one occasion that they did actually follow up, they sent us another washing machine. Thankfully we were able to intercept the driver before he left us with a new washing machine (which obviously we don't need - didn't they notice that a DRYER was what came back? why would you send another washer? should have kept it in hindsight) but then their suggestion to us was to... get a different dryer. (why would I want a mismatched dryer??) At this point, someone there started to notice that the same people were asking for the same dryer over and over again for a month and offered us compensation for the massive run around. As a shock to absolutely no one, that never happened. But I will be checking my credit card religiously as all of the 'refunds' and 'new charges' that they claimed to happen, never happened. Long story short, if you are prepared to spend several thousand dollars on appliances, go literally ANYWHERE except this Lowe's. Terrible experience. Oh, and if you see a massively discounted (from $1099 to like $750 I think) Samsung washer in the "open box" section DO NOT BUY IT. That's the one we sent back because it's broken."
