"Our Italian Greyhound, Sammy, stayed with Hulva for 5 hours an Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday. When we picked Sammy up on Saturday she seemed like she had a great time. and when we dropped her off on Sunday she happily rushed to the door to get inside to see Hulva and the dogs. Hulva is located near Main Street and the beach in Chincoteague, so its really easy to drop your dog off for beach time (no dogs allowed at the Wildlife Refuge) and pick her up when you're all done. It was so much more comfortable than leaving her in the hotel room or in a kennel back home. Also, Hulva's rates for caring for Sammy were very reasonable, so it wasn't cost-prohibitive for us either. Her house and yard were extremely neat and tidy and offered a great environment which I felt completely comfortable leaving Sammy in. Hulva is just what you need if you want to bring your dog with you to Chincoteague."
