"The Refuge Inn was a perfect place for us to land for 3 days to enjoy the island and the ponies. The ponies were a highlight of being able to see them from our room in their pens . We enjoyed the coffee and breakfast each morning brought to our room. it would be nice to kind of change up the menu some mornings. We loved the friendliest of the staff and the cleaning crew. Did not use the pool or hot tub as we were out traveling during the day. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Ask for a ponie corral room"

"We were only going to spend one night stop over since we were on a road trip but we loved the place so much we stayed a couple of days. The rooms feel more like a bedroom at home than a hotel. The staff at the front desk are super nice. A really great touch is you fill out a breakfast order each night and they bring it to your room the next morning included with the room."
