"Hotel, overall is a 4. My experience with hotel management was poor. I called front desk to discuss my bill. Manager wasn't in. Staff said they would print my bill for manager and have them call me. I never heard back. A good stay so easily turns bad in the end."

"Great hotel, one of the best! Great breakfast, the best one I’ve possibly ever had at a hotel. It has great options each day. The employees were very friendly and happy to help with any problem you have. The rooms were great too. They have very nice showers and are very clean. Lastly the location is great as it’s right next to Ropewalk and has a pretty view of the bay. This is by far the best hotel I’ve been to in Chincoteague"

"Nice room good location. Walls are thinner than other hotels because can hear everything next door. Loud families around us. Free good breakfast in the morning. Cute little pool but hard to enjoy when hotel is full. Great view from your balconies!! Great restaurant next door."

"Clean, great location, easy access to everything on the island. We snagged a first floor room facing the water. We could sit on our balcony listening to live music from the restaurant next door. Easy in and out to the parking lot and to breakfast. Free continental breakfast which was varied each morning. Pool was on the smaller side but never crowded. Our first visit to Chincoteague and we would definitely stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites again."
