"There was a lady who worked in there at 7:00 am Saturday 2024 January 28 she accused my Aunt buying beer just because I helped her with holding one and she was like you both got IDs I told her nicely I don’t drink I am 13 this is my aunts not mine and she was being rude with me and my aunt I only wanted a cup Noodle and she told me and my aunt to leave I was confused idk why and I am minor Ty that’s all I had to say"

"If I'm rating on the store and employees than 4☆'s. However it's a quick place to to stop for vape pods and snacks. Outside is a different story. Someone's usually gonna ask for change or a cig, it gets old. As others have stated daytime no problem but at night I usually go somewhere else."

"The very small/short light skin Asian looking woman that wears black glasses at the counter was rude as I’ll get out and didn’t even put my items in a bag for me, she put the bag on the counter and expected me to put my purchase in there in front of the line full of people. You’re literally getting paid to put items in a bag. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at this 7-11. She needs fired."

"This store needs to be made new (a make over), Renovate and upgrade would be nice. The employees and community deserve it! This 7-11 is basically a staple of the downtown. It could be the light that shines as your entering into the downtown area from two of the main roadways in the town of martinsburg wv."

"I come there a lot!! People's always been so nice to me all the workers even the manager!! Yes the panhandlers are annoying and the people hanging outside of the store is annoying but they're trying to take care of that.. I appreciate them. It must be very hard-working at that store because they get a lot of not nice people in panhandlers that they have to deal with.."
