"Skimpiest scoops of all chipotles in USA. it’s like they sprinkle the options on. one time they were out of mild salsa in the main section but had it in the mobile order section and when i asked for it from the mobile order section they got mad at me for asking. do not go here"

"I would like to put in a complaint and hold whatever manager that worked today accountable for their team. I work in dc myself and have short staffing so I understand why the customer service wasn’t a priority today. None the less your team needs to know what the customers receiving in their order. I asked for steam and was given asada I don’t eat at chipotle alot so I didn’t know there was a difference. The employee on the line didn’t specify either. I know the team doesn’t speak English but I spoke to her in Spanish and she still couldn’t let me know before hand about the up charge. When I asked to speak to a manager the entire team refused. That’s completely unprofessional and I also wasn’t being aggressive nor rude. I needed to speak to someone to hold that line person accountable. I know how dc is 100% but your team needs to be held account for that."

"The sign says 10:45 am to 10pm but when I arrived at 10:45 they was sitting down eating in the establishment looking at people waiting outside waiting to get in .then manager looked irritated because I asked her do she always open late. She got attitude and act like I was the problem started talking about me in Spanish like I didn't understand ,if I wasn't 7 months pregnant man Very unprofessional ,rude need more diverse of people"

"I am Livid, I had such high expectations for this chipotle. They literally delivered dog food from them via Uber eats. How do you screw up an entire order that only had two items. I asked for regular chicken I was sent some chicken that tasted like rotisserie chicken, the rice was softer than a babies bottom. Super mushy and gross. My sons tacos had no chicken on the majority of them. You guys really need to do better, especially for delivery services. This should not be acceptable"
