"I came in frustrated and defeated. I had spent hours researching thinking I was finally buying the right vacuum for my family of 6+2dogs. I convinced the hubs and bought the $ Miele. Well the head broke fairly quickly and this is what brought me into the store. Kevin was really great and extremely knowledgeable about my options re vacuums. You really do need to come in and have a talk to see what is what and for them to understand your household and what is best for you. I loathe salesmen and really hated and the idea of even going in, but I honestly, my experience wasn’t like that at all. I didn’t feel pressured to upsale and felt like he was trying his best to work w me and my situation. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vacuum."
