"I don't know what the employees working at the front desk are doing there for. I called to cancel my reservation date, so I canceled my reservation. And a few weeks later, I called again to make a reservation a little earlier, but I had already canceled the reservation, but it wasn't canceled. So I asked and she said I had already canceled the reservation and she didn't tell me anything. So I asked her to cancel the reservation again and she told me that the reservation was cancelled. But the next day, I received a message saying that I had made a reservation for April. I don't know who made the reservation, but I didn't make a reservation. So did a ghost make the reservation? Employees working at the front desk, please work accurately."

"The doctors are very competent. The people at the front are rude, self-centered idiots and they destroy the experience. My final encounter was being bounced from person to person, trying to explain myself repeatedly, and kept on hold for over half an hour. No matter how good the doctors are, you still have to deal with the front desk staff. I recommend you find another eye practice for your optical care. Their reviews started going downhill around 3 years ago. I wonder whether they hired a new office manager then. If you do the math from that point, their overall rating is a little over 2.4. That is atrocious! I'd never give a 2.4 organization my business."

"Would not recommend for anyone. I booked my annual preventative exam like I do every year- mind you nothing is wrong with my eyes except I wear contacts. One of the receptionist, by mistake, booked me for some special niche medical exam that is clearly not covered by any insurance. The appointment was just as any other appointment I’ve ever had (since I have no issues with my eyes), so of course I was not aware of their mistake until I got the bill. They refuse to fix their mistake and are refusing to work with my insurance. It has been a nightmare for my insurance and I. It is extremely unprofessional that they acknowledge their mistake, but refuse to do anything about it. Avoid at all cost!"

"Usually Erin is the first face I get to see, she’s always friendly and eager to help her patients. Today I got the pleasure of meeting and working with Jimmy. He was able to take care of everything I needed done. I had a hard time explaining what my issue was. Jimmy did not get frustrated with me, but went out of his way to understand what I needed. He was able to look into everything and get everything done without me having to come back into the eye center. I was in a car accident and I also have Crohn’s disease so this made life much easier today with having 4 Dr appointments. Thank you Jimmy I hood you all have a great day."
