"We’ve been bringing our boys to Dr Anderson since they were born (my eldest is 7), and she has always given us the greatest level of care and attention. She truly cares about and loves her patients, and will go above and beyond to secure appointments with specialists, for example. The wait can be a bit long, but I soon realized it’s worth it to see a doctor who takes the time to really listen. It saddens me to see the negative reviews, but I suspect it may not be on Dr Anderson or her staff, as I know them. Like any relationship, respect and kindness flow both ways."

"The doctor answered the phone was completely unprofessional. She laughs and says “no one wants to work with patients with United Health because it’s a pain in the neck”. Individuals with such a nasty attitude and lack of care should not be in the helping field. I asked her why she is being rude and she hangs up the phone. Scary that anyone would trust her to care for them. By her initial attitude answering the phone, I am sure she gets numerous complaints."
