"My son has been a patient here since he was a baby. And never have i had a problem with Medstar or this facility untill now. This is his 3rd doctor and he is 6 years old. Every time we get comfortable with a doctor its time for him/she to leave. The new Doctor that we have now is the only doctor who takes kids, which i find very strange that this big company have not gotten another pediatric doctor to fill in the gaps. It's hard scheduling an appointment with Dr.Lee due to the fact that she is the only kid provider. At this point I'm considering looking for another doctor for my son because this has gotten ridiculous."

"If 90% of your reviews are negative echoing the same issues?! You’d think it would be time to change. Seeing these issues date from the last 30days and for nearly the last five year is incredible! Glad my family and I dogged this bullet by electing to transfer out."

"This location is closer to me so I went there for blood work.The male front desk staff said this location only takes appointments. He just handed me the list of labcorp locations and told me to go to the Bowie location. It was 2:40pm he could have helped me make the appointment for that location but he didn’t . I had to go back to my car and schedule 3pm appointment. This could have been avoided if he was willing to help."

"I love my primary care provider however the staff makes a practice. I had an issue with my specialist my primary was willing to go above and beyond to help me unfortunately the staff is beyond irresponsible. Arriving to an appointment 20 min early not getting into a room for until 1 1/2 later and being fed someone is going to help the doctors are now on lunch do I look like I care. The doctors wouldn’t be on lunch if you provided the service on time. I will say my provider was not in the office today so again no fault of hers! Do better take a look at you training the staff Medstar! People take off from work to be seen not get fed excuses and lies."

"I had my first appointment at the practice in a few weeks ago and I left feeling so hopeful about this new care provider. The staff I engaged with were helpful and gave details through each step of my process. The doctor I’m establishing as my primary showed she heard me and my concerns about a former primary care - at the start she let me know she’ll learn about me and my health status. So far so good!"
