"Wonderful, patient, considerate, understanding doctors and staff. Scariest time in my life and felt I couldn't be in better hands. Dr Okun and all the staff were wonderful and took the time to explain everything over and over again to this anxious girl. They worked hard to make me feel at ease every step of the way and I didnt make it easy! Thank you Thank you! So many doctor offices seem to want to rush you out the door. Dont want to take time to let you ask questions and you leave with things undone. Its important to be your own advocate but it can be hard when you're being rushed. I've had to slow a doctor or 2 down before just to be heard! .HCNA, Dr Okun and his staff are the exception! Highly recommend ❤"

"The Front desk lady is very rude and harsh. I have been to the office twice in the past week with my mother-in-law and the same lady working the front desk is extremely rude. As a first impression, she is horrible. Once we got back into our car, my mother-in-law said, unprompted, "Wow, that lady is rude"."
