"Anne Arundel Urology has no respect for the patient's time. I have been to the Glen Burnie office three times. The first time it took two hours before I saw the doctor. The other times the wait was over an hour sitting in the waiting room. Eventually I had to go back to work and never got to see the doctor. Come on people - scheduling is not rocket science. They schedule patients every 15 minutes. Whoever came up with that idea should be fired. When was the last time your appointment was over in 15 minutes? I will never go back to AA Urology."

"Please save your self time and money. 1. Had to take off work because they don’t have any worker friendly hours. 2. The lady at the front desk turned me away from my appointment EVEN after I showed her my confirmation email. So I had to call the customer service and they told me I did, walked back in there and the same lady told me, “oh I see it but now it’s been 30 minutes so the doctor MOVED ON” 3. They schedule me a later appointment. 4. Go in 3 hours later to pee and the dr. Says there’s nothing else I can do come back NEXT WEEK! And they charged me $18! I coulda peed and wasted my time and money at home! So now I have to take off again to waste my time for them to do nothing. Again. Can’t wait. Seriously. Maybe Annapolis or Bowie office is better save your time and money. Go there instead."

Zelinski (aka Dr. Z) DM Technology Management, MBA, BSME, Author, Self-Proclaimed Quantum Physicist Researcher for last 7 Years wanted the best Urologist in the State of Maryland to resolve an issue triggered by a massive angina attack that also triggered 2 minor strokes. An appointment was scheduled with Dr. Eric Schwartz at Anne Arundel (AA) Urology for 9am August 3, 2023. Dr.Z was just situated in the room assigned when Dr. Eric Schwartz entered with an extraordinary burst of energy stating to me “It’s an Honor to meet The President!” No, Dr.Z is not the President of Ukraine but the spelling is similar: Zelenskyy versus Zelinski. Believe it or not Dr.Z is a distant relative of the President of Ukraine. The welcome as a new patient was overwhelming. Besides having a superior review and next steps of my situation, Dr. Eric Schwartz also has spread his positive spirit of care for patients in an optimistic way that it has saturated the entire staff of Nurses, Receptionists, and the other Physicians in the office.
