"This place and the people that work there are a true blessing. I had to say goodbye to by furbaby pretty suddenly. I knew I was going to do in home services and wanted to have her cremated. When looking through all the options in the area, this place stuck out. When I read the Winnie the Pooh quote on their website I knew immediately this was the right place to make sure my baby was taken care of. They really do answer the phone 24/7. They are compassionate, caring people. They went above and beyond to make me as informed and involved as possible. I can not recommend them enough in such a difficult time. When its time for me to say good bye to our other fur babies we will absolutely be using them."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience after suddenly losing one of our dogs. It was after business hours and our vet had already closed for the evening. Logan and Zane were incredibly kind and prompt, even though it was 8pm at night. I met Logan to drop off my Golden’s remains with my 9 year old son. Logan was gentle and patient, but also knowledgeable and answered every question we had, even the curious ones from my son which he did with such grace. Rainbow Bridge was able to have our pups ashes back to us the very next day. The wooden urn is beautiful, the extra glass vials of ashes were delicately put together and the paw print was carefully crafted. They clearly take great pride in their work. We have had a few dogs pass away in our life time, but this is the first time we’ve used Rainbow Bridge Pet Services. We will only be using them from here on out. Highly recommend. "Our poor dog passed very suddenly and traumatically. I didn’t know what to do and Rainbow Bridge was the first place I called. There was no judgment, just sympathy and compassion. They retrieved my dog the next morning after telling us how to handle the situation. There are no words to say how thankful I am for them. We drove an hour away to retrieve our dog’s ashes. Along with with ashes in a lovely box, they gave us clippings of his fur, a vial, and six paw prints we would give to our closest friends and family. It doesn’t my heart well to know they took such good care and respect his remains. It was well worth the price."
