"These opposing reviews are very surprising, as this office has been communicative and intentional since being referred by a good friend. The ladies at the front desk ALL greet me upon entry for each appointment. They were also very patient and helpful while we navigated a provider change due to a technical error with my insurance. They treated me humility, which I struggled with elsewhere. They were able to take care of my blood work same day, same office with little to no wait! Dr. I-G, has a calming presence bringing much insight and understanding. I appreciate finally finding a place for me amongst women of color."

"I've been a patient at CWH for well over 10 years and never once have been seen by Dr. Marshall, Instead I always saw her PA-C, Christina Neal (who is AMAZING). The office admin staff was great when I started but has changed and is now completely unprofessional so I've had several issues over the years. Honestly, Christina is the only reason I remained a patient of the practice through all the changes and ups and downs. They've moved to a concierge model so I am finding a new PCP and leaving the practice. Inflation has touched everything else and now they expect us to pay $2k per year on top of insurance premiums and copays/coinsurance just to be seen by Dr. Marshall and Christina. This new concierge model threatens access to care for patients and it's giving elitism. I saw one of the other PA-Cs at a last minute sick appointment and if I had not advocated for myself she would've prescribed me a medication that has contraindications. Good luck to anyone she is treating on a regular basis."

"One of the worst medical practices I've ever dealt with, unprofessional and reprehensible service. During a time in my life when I needed medical care the most, my doctor left their practice and then the office manager sent me a letter via FedEx dropping me as a patient which negatively impacted my whole life trying to find someone else on short notice. NOW, after rudely dropping me they are still sending me mail and emails advertising their new practice that charges patients to see the top doctors. The audacity to contact me with these promotions after letting me go with no care for my wellbeing. I will NEVER go back to this practice and they have no business using my contact information again. To the owner, manager, whoever -- remove me from your mailing and email distribution lists."

"This practice has shifted to a concierge model and those that did not choose that option will suffer. I had an appointment in December, waited over a hour to be seen. I complained about the service received by the provider via various methods, email, FB message, calls but never spoke with a manager or other physician. Very disappointed in the changes in the practice. I otherwise was very help with the service."

"The service has declined drastically. Where is Dr. Marshall? If she has left her practice, why have her clients not been notified. I have never in all my 14 years had such terrible service. I understand that they only have Dr Parrish who is the worst I have ever experienced. No bedside manners at all. When Dr Marshall was there, the best !!!"
