"I was on a time crunch The African lady said that my appointment was invalid even though I made it 30 minutes before arrival, they admitted to canceling my appointment. She then proceeded to take another African lady that was after me and cold security on me, which turned out to be just a random Asian dude that worked for CVS"
"Do not use this minute clinic at Annapolis road in Maryland by appointment.. They canceled my appointment 15 minutes before I was supposed to arrive. I try to call to get an explanation they sent me to a call center which transferred me to a CVS minute clinic that was not the one I was calling about. Do not schedule an appointment at this minute clinic they will leave you hanging dry!"
"The same as another reviewer, I set up a COVID-19 test that is extremely important and time sensitive due to international travel and my appointment was cancelled less than 24 hours prior with no explanation. Great customer service, guys. You'd think they'd prioritize testing a little better. This seems to be a trend. Very disappointing."
"The first time I went to this clinic, it was great. I was treated well and my issue was resolved. However, I went in today because of impacted earwax in one ear. I was treated extremely disrespectfully and made feel like a bad person for coming in "when in wasn't an emergency." I understand the public health situation we are in but I was experiencing pain and discomfort. Not only was I treated badly, Kayee Wilson irrigated my ear and made my blockage worse. She told me to buy over the counter ear wax removal drops that also did not help. My ear pain got so bad that I ended up going to an audiologist that same day, who kindly assisted me and treated me with respect. My problem was solved but I wasted time, effort, and money being mistreated. Definitely will never be back."
"I have visited this location several times. Each time I have gone the wait time is minimal. I have never waiting more than 5-10 minutes to see the nurse. During my visits I have seen two different nurses. They both have been very professional. On my last visit Nurse Hawkins was very helpful. After my diagnosis, there was some OTC items that were needed. Since she did not have another patient, she took the time to assist me in locating the items in the store. This ensured that I had the correct items. Whenever I have a cold, flu, or sinus infection this is the first place that I go. It is convenient located, hours and an appointment is not needed. I would definitely seek assistance from this location again."
