"I went there when they had their special. Staff was nice. That night they called saying I won a Michael Kors purse; which I was excited about but then I forgot to pick it up right away. When I called to ask if I could come and get my prize I was told they gave it away. They never called to remind me or tell me if I didn’t pick it up in a certain time frame that they were going to give the purse away they just gave it away or kept it for all I know. Not professional at all!"
