"One of the worst staff service at this PCP location. My husband and I has same PCP DR. Neelima and one time my husband was late by 5 minutes and they charge cancellation charge. Next time they confirmed the appointment but when he was there, they said your appointment is cancelled which happened this week only. Prescription doesn’t go into pharmacy data even 3 days after visit where patient really running out of medicine. One time my husband paid upfront copay in the office and by mistake I paid that bill online so it was double paid but office never reached out to me for those extra money paid by me. Long story short, I would never recommend this practice and looking for new PCP in the area this year. Very rude, impolite and unprofessional staff who never care to call with lab result even."

"Dr.Marpu is one of the few doctors who has listened to me and helped me, in a non judgemental tone. If you have chronic pains and mysterious issues, you will understand what a marvel this is. She has helped me in the office as well as remotely. In both instances I never felt rushed or brushed aside. Generally she is right on time, but any time I have had to wait, I knew that she was giving proper care to someone who needed it. As a bonus, all recommendations I have gotten from her for specialists have also been kind and patient. I have medical histories of issues that they actually read and don't ignore (i.e. CWC - if you know, you know). I would specifically recommend Dr.Marpu for her recommendations of Gynecologists, alone. As a final bonus, their blood work staff is out of this world. I hate needles and my anxiety goes out of control just thinking about getting my blood drawn - I just can't help it. I forget his name, but their main blood-drawing pro took seconds and I *actually didn't feel it*. I was amazed and I'm thrilled to be less anxious about future visits regarding blood work. "First time visit was last week. I saw Tara Smith (PA). Front desk: Personable and efficient. I had some anxiety going into the appointment, and Tara was sensitive and non-judgmental. Received blood work/analysis quickly. Will return."

"I can't believe what a rip off this place is. Dr neelima marpu is simply clever in getting money into her facility without informing the patient. I went in for my annual which is covered by my insurance and I told her I only want whats covered as I'm here for my annual that my insurance covers. She billed me a nearly $200 for blood work she advised without my consent if I can pay for it or not. Its horrible!!! They are just clever money snatchers and don't care about the patient at all. Whatever issue i stated in the checkup she would simply say yeah thats OK. I had to have a pap smear and she said no I'm too busy today schedule for another day. EXCUSE ME??? I scheduled an appointment and came to hear this that you can complete my annual checkup in one appointment ??? Crazy!!! No concern of mine was addressed. She was just ina rush to go see the next patient. Comprehensive primary care is a rip off. Dr neelima marpu was a disappointment. Save yourselves the money and time and go someplace where doctors actually want to help patients and not take up their money."

"I've been going to this location for a while now, since at least 2017. I've been to a dozen appointments and naturally like most people, I never felt compelled to write a review. Most people on write reviews where they're not happy with something. So, knowing that, I always take reviews with that bit of salt. I've had appointments with both Dr. Marpu and PA Tara Smith and they were both great. I've been seeing Tara Smith mostly for a while now. Tara is really great. Very patient and attentive. She listens and asks and she's just a great example of what you want in a physician. I also never had any issues with the ladies at the front desk or any of the nurses or medical staff that I dealt with there. I wouldn't be surprised if someone had a bad or less than ideal experience on their first time. I'm sure I was annoyed by one of the staff on the phone or when checking in, but I've been going there for too long to remember these rare annoyances that fade in light of my overwhelmingly positive experience. Like I said, like most people, I don't usually write reviews about doctors or anything in fact, but I thought some of the negative reviews are a little misleading."
