"I have been a NALC health plan member for over 40 years with great service until this year 2023. The worst assistance ever. Not only did they say many times they will fix the problem but more recently lied about the reason why a claim was denied.They put you on hold and pretended to talk with a medical office and said problem solved but nothing was done! I will not recommend NALC to any USPS employee."
"When I retired my benefits union rep said "Keep your union NALC health plan (I have the High Option). They pay whatever Medicare doesn't." Not true. I've had bills, an annual physical denied until I phoned them, I'm am so not impressed. My mother was charged nothing with her Medicare Advantage C plan and was so well cared for. So, I've switched to a Medicare Advantage C Plan. Now I'll be able to do a nice vacation every year with the anticipated savings."
