I saw him first time in a long time of not going to the dentist or having insurance and I needed a lot of fillings and a crown at the time. Dr.Rusznák did an excellent job, it has been over 6 years and all dental work is still holding up excellent. I even referred my husband to Dr.Rusznák when he needed a crown because I know that Dr.Rusznák’s work is excellent and will last. Plus, I love the fact that his Hungarian! I can speak my native tongue with him and feel at home. Thank you for all your excellent work Dr.Rusznák."

"I have only interacted with Dr. Zoltan twice, and each time he made me sick. The front desk was great. I liked the lady who took care of me when I walked in. But not the doctor. At all. The first time, I walked in for a wellness check, so he evaluated what I needed and such. The way he spoke to me was pretty rude and aggressive. If I had a little disagreement or confusion, he'd just tend to pick a fight or respond with an aggressive and rude tone. The second time, I didn't even walk in. I was supposed to have an appointment at 9 a.m. for my deep clean. I received all the texts and emails to confirm my appointment at 9 a.m. However, the morning I woke up to get ready, I received a text saying my appointment was at 10:15 a.m. I was confused, so I called them. Dr. Zoltan picked up the phone, and he was basically gaslighting me throughout the whole time, saying it was my fault and I had a bad memory and such. He said there's no way the system would reschedule itself, and here's the direct quote he said to me: "I've been in this practice for 20 years and this has never happened!" indicated that it was my mistake that I THOUGHT my appointment was at 9 a.m. And he just kept yelling at me on and on, saying he's not the one handling the schedule and the front desk who handles it hasn't come in yet, and asking me if I can come in at 10:15 AM without even trying to wait for the staff who scheduled to come in to fix it or figure out what happened in the first place. I told him I don't know if I can because I need to figure out what happened; if you guys messed it up, then I am not going to just go with that, and he FINALLY shut up. Later, right before the front desk called me, I received another text asking if I could come in at 10:30 a.m. Why did they change the time AGAIN?? Anyway, the front desk staff who handled the schedule called me back and told me maybe I mixed up the schedule time with the first appointment time. (How are they still blaming me for that??? How did they have the audacity?????) And then asked me if I could come in at 10:30 a.m.What a shitshow. Later on, the lady called me and explained to me what actually happened, (yes, it was their mistake,) and the reason was valid, but I still decided to stop being in their practice, mostly because of how gaslighting and rude Dr. Zoltan was and HOW everything was handled. If they, (90% of Dr. Zoltan,) were nicer about it and not trying to gaslight me, I would've stayed in their practice because things happen and I understand that. BUT HELL NO. I can't work with someone like that. I honestly don't understand how they have such a high rating. Maybe because Dr. Zoltan is really good at what he's doing but not good at human interaction. Whatever that is, I can't deal with that man. Two stars because I feel bad for the front desk staff otherwise I would've just given one star."

"I had a great experience with my wisdom teeth removal. They were able to book me an appointment within days of my initial consultation. Dr. Rusznak did a great job, I had minimal swelling and pain. Felt perfectly fine a day after getting all four of my teeth removed. Very professional clinic with great staff. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone who needs their wisdom teeth removed."
