"I should have listened to the other negative reviews. Beware of this office's billing department! Despite being told my insurance was in network, I ended up with a $177 bill for a basic cleaning with fluoride because only $33 was covered! I only learned of this more than a month after my visit. Since I work in healthcare myself, I decided to scrutinize the diagnostic codes. It's clear this office lacks transparent billing practices, and I have alerted my insurance company. To make things worse, during my visit, it was clear the dentist's demeanor was unsuitable for working with children. I never intended on taking my child there again, but I refrained from writing a review, because the dentist may have been having a bad day. However, I share this review as a cautionary tale to others. I will be returning to my old office despite the distance."
"We’ve been going here since inception. My daughter insisted that her cousin come to the dentist office to see how “awesome” it is. Needless to say, my niece really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly; the office is beyond clean and sanitary; and the hygienist and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging."
