"Intake was pretty good and seemed very promising at what kind of care I would get. Unfortunately, their billing department seems incompetent and haven’t send me a single bill. Instead just dropping it on me out of nowhere along with some other changes like paying AHEAD of a session which really sucked for me as the therapist I was assigned to did not communicate how we would be meeting clearly. I messaged the office as they had sent a reminder e-mail so that I could know how this meeting was going to happen. So while I was available at the time we agreed I was not sent any clear instructions and then got a rude comment from the therapist themselves when they messaged back. So I paid for a session that didn’t happen through the fault of miscommunication from the therapist. I thought this place was going to be great from all the reviews. Unfortunately these experiences have led me to no want to work with them. Maybe they were in the past but something happened recently and it seems the service and professionalism of the staff has gone down."

The atmosphere is welcoming and the decor is beautiful. It does not feel like any therapy office. You would love it."
