"Really wonderful experience today with Dr. Emily Taylor! I have PTSD and a lot of medical anxiety. She (and her entire office) is very kind, gentle, and comforting. It means a lot to me when a doctor listens and understands how to work with a patient who is healing from trauma. Lots of letting me know what we were doing before doing it and asking if I was okay, each step of the way. Very patient, no touching me without asking first, no shame/blame kind of talk either that you can get at some less than empathetic doctors offices. I wish more doctors were this sensitive and gentle, especially when it comes to anxiety. Cleaning up my ears was a pretty painless experience, and I felt very welcome, heard, and comfortable the entire time. Very inclusive vibes here too, thank you for including pronouns and preferred names in the intake, I love to see that. Thank you so much! :)"

Tori at the front desk is beyond compassionate and makes sure that every request is filled to the patient’s content. "Truly amazing! After I submitted the contact form, they called me first thing in the morning and offered me an appointment within 2 hours. Not only was the front desk staff kind and accommodating when scheduling an appointment, TLC allowed me to bring my baby since I couldn't get childcare on such short notice. At the actual appointment, I felt listened to (pun intended) and cared for. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful practice.
