"New year, new insurance forced me to switch from Walgreens to this miserable pharmacy. In my first experience yesterday I called them twice, was on hold 15+ minutes each time, NEVER ANSWERED. Went in the store, the pharmacist honestly said "I can't get staff." Indeed, my prior Walgreens in Flemington had twice the staff. What's the difference? Pay? No qualified locals? Only thing I can say is CVS Lambertville is even worse."

"Pharmacy is terrible. Can never get through on the phone. Today someone hung up on me after I was on hold for 8 minutes, and this has happened multiple times. Pharmacists have previously been rude - clearly their customers are a burden. Now they’re routinely complaining to customers that they are too busy. I don’t blame the pharmacists, per se; I think this is a manifestation that something is wrong with pharmacy management and/or they are under resourced. That said, they need to fix this because it’s an unpleasant experience to go here."
