"Horrible condescending shop owner. Rude from the start. The place is dirty, smelly and unkept. She only lets one person in, happy to let your significant other or friends stand in the cold. She is absolutely paranoid, watches you like a hawk and doesn’t allow photos to stop you from finding out her prices are a massive rip off. Treats you like an idiot if you ask a question. She doesn’t belong in this town. She claims to be “punk” but is just a nasty unwelcoming thing. I hope she goes out of business. Shop at the kitschy cauldron instead, the shop is clean, the owner is delightful, and you can bring friends."

"The lady who owns the store is a connesoir in vintage docs! I left my purse and phone inside her store and she found and returned them to the tattoo shop across the street where she knew I would be! I came back to her store to buy a beautiful pair of leopard print docs and she gave me $10 off! She’s a sweetie and very knowledgeable lady :)"

"I cannot express to you how condescending and rude the shop owner is. I should’ve known not to enter after my partner and I read the sign announcing that only 1 person was allowed in the store at a time in the harshest possible way. I knew they had a great selection of old docs though and I was looking for a pair, so I went in while he waited outside. I walk in, started looking at the boots and she’s starts in about “they aren’t the same as those made after 2003.” I smiled and said that I know, I collect them myself to convey we had a mutual interest. Apparently she took this as some sort of slight? She snapped at me “good for you.” I was shocked and asked her why she was being rude. Then she just kept repeating “okay bye” and “leave.” It was jarring. This woman is clearly unhinged. There are plenty of other wonderful alt stores in new hope, I’d suggest visiting one of those."

"What a miserable owner. She is so rude and I quickly left after entering because of how gross she was treating me. The shop is cluttered and dirty. She has a 1 person in store policy and watches you the entire time you're in the store, questioning you in a way that makes it seem she thinks you're going to steal or something. Really unpleasant woman and not someone who should be around the other amazing shops in New Hope."
