"The staff was so friendly despite being overwhelmingly busy. I walked in and waited about 10-15 minutes for triage, then another 2.5 hours to be seen by a provider. In that time, the lady at the desk (Taylor) was professional and courteous in her communication. She made every patient feel important and comfortable. Once I was seen, things moved along quickly. The NP (Sarah) I saw ordered a chest x-ray and the technologist came to get me within minutes. She explained everything including what to expect next. Sarah came in shortly after to give me my results and go over a treatment plan. She explained everything very well and included me in her decision-making. Everywhere I went was clean and tidy and every person I encountered was professional and kind. 10/10 experience (minus the fact that I’m sick)"
