"The worst experience I've ever had at an urgent care facility. My son had diarrhea and it caused a bad diaper rash which caused bleeding. I was looking for a diaper cream rx to assist until labs came back from his pediatrician. The center accepted appointments so I sat and continued waiting with a sick infant. Because I was a walk in I was put on stand by, which was not cool because it's an urgent care facility. There wasn't a dr who seen my baby after the long wait. Just a Nurse Practitioner and she was not well versed in my opinion. No labs were offered, no stool samples were recommended, no prescription was written. She said my baby was fine. Why would I fabricate what's going on at home and wait at an urgent care for over 2.5 hrs ? Come to find out my baby has a life threatening infection of his colon. I beg of you to not waste your time by going to this facility."

"This place should be shut down. We took our daughter there in Feb and she got diagnosed with hand foot and mouth. Weird, seeing as she is 10 years old. I asked them to confirm multiple times and they said "that's what it is" . Two weeks later, it had gotten worse not better so we went back and they said "oh it's not hfmd , it's something else" and gave us an antibiotic. Wonderful, except we were then charged for both visits- this is ridiculous. And when I call their farce of a billing dept I'm told "too bad so sad". We will NEVER go here again and I will tell every family living in this area to avoid it ."

"Everyone at this location is absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful and kind. Best doctors experience I’ve had in a while. I had to bring my 14 month old in and you could tell they really cared and wanted to help. So glad I have them in case of a weekend emergency!"

"Very disappointed with this location. I must first say the young lady at the front desk was very professional, however the nurse practitioner was very disappointing. I took my four year old to be seen since I was concerned that he aspirated. I’m a nurse myself and I also know my child quite well. I took him here because prior to his visit he had a fever or 103.1. I explained what happened and why I was concerned. She asked if I had given him any fever medicine I told her no just a room temp bath and I took him straight here. She totally disregarded my concerns by telling me that there is no way that my child could have a fever prior and not have one upon arrival without the administration of fever medicine. The way she spoke was as though she was implying that the information provided was false. I’m very busy and I never take my child to the doctor unless I cannot treat him at home or feel as though he needs further attention. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your time"
