"Johns Hopkins’ reputation for quality, compassionate health care is not embraced by JH Medical Imaging at Green Spring Station. If you accept being treated impersonally and with disrespect by staff, enter these doors. If you dutifully arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your 9 am appointment but are forced to wait (without apology) 1+ hour past your scheduled appointment although the waiting room is empty, definitely choose this location for your health care needs. If you enjoy being treated indifferently without regard for your illness or injury, and related anxiety, select this facility to administer the necessary test(s). Johns Hopkins - shamefully deficient and contrary to its claims of providing the “highest level of patient care, comfort and convenience.”"
"would not recommend, my mothers insurance set this apt for her so my mother was not aware of many things prior to arriving. She only speaks spanish but was dropped of my my brother and she was accompanied by a little girl she cares for. Her appointment was at 9;30 and she had arrived 8 minutes late, so they canceled her appointment for that time and told her she would have to wait until around 11. my mother was told about 2 to 3 times a different time after the time approached that they had mentioned then would change it to a different time. after that time she was told around 12 so when that time arrived she went up to ask and she was told that everyone was out on lunch. which why would you tell her that time then, then 1 came and they said they wouldnt see her then because they had just then noticed she had a child with her and she could not leave the child alone or take the child back with her. I had only just found out about all of this around this time and i was furious because this was unfair treatment towards her, how they were just making up excuses. Had they told her that when she first arrived or any other time the whole time she waited my brother would have gone back for the little girl so then my mother did ask my brother to go back and get the girl so they said they would see her at 2. i called during that time and a lady that said she worked in the back picked up and showed no interest in anything i was telling her i didnt even get to tell her everything because she just said she would look into it and said goodbye i was even more upset because if i was calling it was to get answers and as i expected she did nothing and didnt even ask for my number or anything so her intensions were not to solve anything. my mother got up to ask a male staff what was going on since it was 2:15 and he was polite but what does that matter after all of this i spoke to him and he apologized for everything, i asked for the manager he took my number but i was never contacted. mine you my mother said the manager had come out into view while she was waiting and she saw her and she never asked herself why my mother was waiting so long. I'm not sure what tis review will gain for me or my mother becuase she spent a whole day there was was just stared at and given excuses and treated unfairly. If you have family members that dont speak english dint send them here alone. do better is all i have to say to all the ladys and manager that did nothing for my mother and just made things harder for her."
"Easy check in. Attentive and kind nurses. MRI techs efficient and polite. Plus, everyone laughed at my jokes. Thank you for what you guys do."
"Went to see my surgeon at this new location. It is very nice by the way - and you don't have to pay to park and then walk cross country to enter the bldg. My bad experience is with a staff member wearing plum colored scrubs, driving a grey mercedes. It was my first time there so I didn't know where the bldg would be. I'm driving looking for the bldg. She is out on a food delivery run and impatient. She's blowing the horn and shouting out her window. When I arrive at my bldg - she is at the same bldg parking in a handicap space (no handicap sticker or tag). She shouts at me again cursing this time. I don't know where these people get there customer service skills but more training on professionalism and courtesy is required desperately. Update (2/25/21) I don't know if this lady was staff or not - doesn't matter. I assumed she was because of where she parked and the fact that she was delivering food and I was in her way. The point is that it happened right in front of the bldg and right under the eyes of security cameras. I wasn't sure whether I should park and go in or just leave."
"I've been to this facility a few times and I can say that your experience there is completely dependent on the staff there at the time and partially the time of day you go. I recommend earlier appointment times as I've found that the earlier it is, the perkier and more helpful the staff are. Only once did I have an actual bad experience, but every other time (I believe about 3 other times) the staff had been helpful, polite, and fast. I have been to some actual horrendous medical imaging facilities, and I promise Green Spring Station is not one of them."
