"Made an appointment for 9 AM on a Thursday through their app — it was the earliest available. Arrived on time and waited around before calling to see where anyone was, only to be told that no one would be there for an hour. Rather than being apologetic, the woman who answered had the audacity to yell at me about how I’d need to reschedule and there was nothing that could be done. No thank you — found someplace way better to go with people who were actually pleasant and you should too. By the way glad to see that they updated the office hours on Google to reflect that they do not open at 9AM. Which it said when we were there that day, although you can still see it in the photo of the front door. I hope you changed that one too as well as the time on the appointment portal."

"The entire process was efficient. I scheduled the test online in November for a January travel date. I received an immediate appointment confirmation via email as well as several text appointment reminders including on the day of the appointment. The facility is very clean and enforces strict safety precautions. The registration process was quick and painless. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I received my Covid RT- PCR results within 15 minutes. Travel tests are self-pay at $185. All of this information is clearly available when you schedule your test. No surprises. However, this clinic’s prices are significantly less expensive than other local clinics offering the same type of service. Highly recommended."
