"Took my toddler here for an ultrasound. Reception staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and seem to be annoyed by having to deal with people. I also witnessed one of the employees mocking another guest after being asked a question. Arrived early for our appointment as requested, only to wait for an hour to be taken back for procedure. The tech and doctor we saw were friendly and the doctor was especially personable and good with my son, so that was one positive aspect of our experience."

"Appointment scheduled for 1:15 pm. Told to be here by 1:00 pm. Arrived at 12:55, signed in, and waited over 30 minutes to be called to counter, which made me "late" for my 1:15 SCHEDULED appointment. Therefore, the rude lady behind the counter requested I reschedule. Are you kidding me? I have never experienced an issue at this place in the past. I understand it's the day after Christmas, but if you are going to be grouchy, grinchy, and downright rude, you should have stayed the heck home. The lady was at station 4 but declined to give her name. The gentleman at the counter wS very nice, took my info and was able to get me seen."
