"The Outlast team is amazing. They understand how the body works together to find the root cause of any issues. If you are having any PT issues, this is the team to see. I have seem many PTs and these guys are the best."
"Finally getting the care and attention needed for my shoulder and neck to get better. I’ve tried many places before coming to Outlast and this has been the ticket to my recovery. It makes a big difference working with a staff that are holistically fit and healthy themselves, you trust what they say and know they are doing their best to get you on the path to the same fitness level they strive for. So glad I found Outlast."
"Shannon has done an amazing job at addressing all of my issues during PT sessions. She is great at assessing the problems and fixing them. I feel so much better. Shannon, Corey and Chris also provide fun and challenging fitness classes. They adapt activities to all fitness levels. Everyone at Outlast is helpful and positive!"
"I've been treated by Outlast Health three times for injuries in the past year...yep, I have had some bad luck. First was my shoulder, which Corey identified as a bicep tendon aggravation from my workouts. After about five office visits for treatment and guided strength and recovery movement sessions, my shoulder returned to health, and I was able to resume my regular workout activities without concern. A couple months later, I tweaked my back during a workout and was in a lot of pain that same day it occurred. Shannon was able to see me the next day. She assessed the area of tightness in my low back/ hips and with some dry needling, stretching, and some deep tissue massage, the pain subsided in a few days. Most recently (last month) I suffered a pretty severe sprained ankle during fall on a ski trip. I was placed in a walking boot by the doctor who treated me acutely the day of the injury. I texted Corey from the Denver Airport while I was on my way back to Baltimore. He was able to see me in the very next morning at 7:30. When I arrived, I told Corey that I had another ski trip planned in three weeks from the ski trip on which I was injured, and I was hoping to be recovered by then. After assessing the severity of the injury, he knew that would be a challenge. He was up for it! After that first treatment with Corey and two subsequent treatments with Shannon, while also doing their prescribed stretching and movements, and three sessions in their new recovery section of their office, I was able to ski without problems within three weeks of my injury, as planned. Outlast has been an excellent choice for me when I have needed help with pain that has impacted (and been caused by) my active lifestyle. Besides their knowledge and expertise within their field for treating injuries, they impress me with their accessibility. Corey and Shannon were always available to me when I needed them most instead of leaving painful days in between the injury and the treatment. My ability to spontaneously communicate with them and their quick response when I had a concerns or questions was extremely helpful to me. Additionally, their newly expanded studio in Sparks has some state-of-the-art equipment to help promote recovery, healing and performance. Their leg compression machine in their recovery lounge was amazing for getting my ankle swelling to subside. It was like big tight hug for my legs! I have already recommended Corey and Shannon to friends, and I will turn to them again if I encounter pain or injury. Hopefully, I won't, but you never know."
