"This was an amazing experience. I was helped from the minute I walked in, it was an easygoing atmosphere, and I learned so much about the different kind of running shoes available. I didn't feel rushed and I was able to ask the questions I needed to. Came out of this store feeling ready to run!"

"Be careful of this place. Bogus return policy. They used their fancy machine to fit my shoes. They were not good for me and aggravated my hip problem. My orthopedic doctor evaluated them and confirmed they were the cause. I went into the store and they refused to issue any kind of credit even though it was only a few weeks after the return deadline. The worker also said they may not take shoes back if they are too worn (whatever that means) within the 60 days return period. Will never shop here again. Better to order from Zappos - they give better advice and you can make easy returns."

Both associates I’ve worked with had the in-depth familiarity about the products that only comes from hands on (and feet on) experience. They had lots of helpful tips, specifically about transitioning to zero drop shoes, as well as quickly assessed which products best fit my finicky feet. Their insight and fitting resulted in my easiest shoe transition ever, there was zero break in time, heavenly from day one. Very happy footed customer! Oh and the rewards bucks are great too!"
