"The customer service was really bad when we went. My back belt buckle cloth keeps tearing on my ABC pants and I went into the store to get them fixed. The tear happened only after 3 months. They told me they wouldn’t fix it or provide a quality credit and instead told me to buy a new office chair."

"Would not go back to this store. Have been rude three times. First time while shopping. Then I brought in a pair of pants that needed to be repaired and they came off as if I was an inconvenience. Sorry your product ripped which it isn't suppose to. When I came to pick up my order, the guy literally eye rolled at me when I told him what I was there for. I guess if you aren't making a sale in this store they don't want you in there. Will not be visiting this location again. Finally, they did a terrible job 'fixing it' as the stitch is not even the same. Do not waste your time."
