"I went to this location to return two items. The young lady(cashier) called over a man to confirm the transaction. He proceeded to say that the store does not take returns and never have without receipts. So I then ask if he could look up my card that the purchase was made with and he said no. We don’t do that and we never have. He was very unprofessional and dismissive. This is the closest location to my home but unfortunately I will not shop here again."

"I will never go to this Marshall’s again. I have my toddler with me and spent $200 Christmas shopping and had to carry all of my stuff with my toddler through the parking lot. The cheap bags ripped. Unreal. It’s Princeton no needs to steal a $20 sweater that bad. Take care of your customers."

"10/15/2023 Looks like all staff is pretty new and customer service is going bad. Miss the previous employees. Some people in the counter are so rude now... telling customers "to chill!!" Seriously!!"

"I have been a loyal Marshalls customer for over 25 years and had a bad experience today with a woman who works in the fitting room. I sat for three or four minutes in the waiting room, I was just waiting for my wife and daughter who were choosing a lot of clothes to buy. My wife asked me to wait there. The employee seemed annoyed and she abruptly walked up to me and took the chair away without any explanation. I want to clarify that this was the only chair available in that room. I decided to write this review because the attention from this person seemed poor to me and I hope this helps to improve the service."

"Well spread, some of the items were reasonably priced. Ample parking space."
