"Customer service is awful!!! Staff would rather joke and laugh with each other then do their jobs and assist customers. I needed help and the girl behind the counter was too busy talking to her coworker. She asked if needed help and I said I need converse, so she repeated the word converse and just went back talking to her coworker. I walked around like a fool looking for converse to find out that they don’t even sell them anymore because they were no where to be found. If the workers did they jobs they could have told me that they don’t sell them I wouldn’t have wasted my time. the store also had no customers when I was there."
"Excellent!! Excellent!! Customer Services by Jefferey. I was trying to purchase trail sneakers and tried to get the attention of the salesperson at the register at least twice(there was no customers at the register) and Jefferey tried as well but instead he came over and helped me. He explained the difference between the ASICS and saucony sneakers. Itvery hard to find excellent salespeople but Jefferey went out of his way to help me. He deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"I was pleasantly greeted as I walked in, a definite plus, was asked what could she help me find, +++, and was happy to assist. Will probably never see this young lady again because I'm from out of town but, her kindness will be remembered. ALWAYS I will definitely be a regular customer of FAMOUS FOOTWEAR"
"I completely get the fact that when you get to a store that will close in 20 minutes the sales staff is not going to offer the best service. This was painfully obvious when I walked into this store to buy a pair of slides. I didn't have to try them on or anything but the young lady made it clear that she was ready to close up shop and go home. I'm not a huge fan of FF but they had the slides for a little less than Macy's. Anyway.. I probably won't be back due to the blatant lack of good customer service and I only saved $2. I'd rather pay the extra and have a better experience."
