"I wish I could give them zero stars! This has to be the most unprofessionally run corporation I have ever interacted with. The managers are rude (store) and unresponsive (regional) and they contract with people who operate the same way. I’m not surprised to see their BBB rating as a F. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and still am waiting to hear back from the regional manager. I will say that Austin (flooring associate) is nice. Maybe if he was the manager, I would’ve had a different experience."
