"Dr. Shutta's practice is going down hill all due to his new billing staff. With two insurances picking up the tab (Blue Cross & Tri-care Prime) we should not be getting calls about co-insurance bills. They say they accept Tri-care but don't seem to understand that Tri-care sets the rules for what can and can't be billed to the customer! Tri-care's explanation of benefits tells the patient what they obligated to pay, and what the office cannot charge the patient. The billing staff just doesn't like the results. What was once a great practice, I would not recommend them to anyone. It's bad enough that they will charge for items that are not billable, the billing staff is rude."
