"It feels like I am making a trip here almost every weekend as I am always doing some sort of house project. Luckily this is a pretty good location. Easy to get in and out of, ample parking, staff is knowledgeable, store is well stocked and has a great garden section. We like to take advantage of the tool rental options here as well, and they have great availability of lots of things you may need."

"I will never come to this store to buy again. Go to the stream lake store instead. Their customer service is horrible. They were whispering things in each other’s ear talking about me. I work for a home depot service provider we remodel bathrooms and kitchens through HD. They refused to refund an ejector pump that did not work that was bought the day before! I went to another home depot and there was no issue issuing the refund. I ask that they refund the original form of payment thinking they maybe thought it was fraud. Im shocked 1million dollars spent with home depot this year and countless items returned and this is the first time i encounter this."

"Honestly can’t believe I’m writing this review in 2023. We had been in here to speak with someone about renting a paint sprayer and they were wonderful. Gave us so much info and we were confident in our project! Unfortunately I don’t remember this associates name but he was very pleasant. Today we returned to rent the paint sprayer and get our job complete! We ran into the exact opposite experience from associate Paul. He spoke down to us about how we wouldn’t be able to do this job and this machine would be too much. Completely talked us out of completing our projects and frankly made us feel incompetent. I’m not sure a place like Home Depot cares how they make their customers feel but this was unacceptable. Oh and we are woman, I am pretty certain that is why he believed we were incapable of doing this job. Disgusting."

"Although I was not able to find the correct size bolt I needed. Laurie went above and beyond to try her hardest to look for it. The best customer service I've ever gotten at any home depot. Super helpful and sweet. Laurie is a great asset and a great representation of great genuine customer care."
