"After receiving a great number of acknowledgements our order was ready, I headed to the store to pick up balloons for our 4 year old's birthday. Checked in for curbside pickup. Nothing. Waited 10 minutes. Went inside. Nothing. No order ready. Asked for help, provided order number, provided last name, provided last name again, and provided last name again. Nothing. Asked for a manager, provided order number, email confirmation, and last name again. Nothing. Now late for party, with Family and friends waiting for the 25+ balloons to decorate... Quite the way to ruin a 4 year old's party. After being questioned if I had "a different last name" I had enough. I requested refund. Strangely, after this, the order was found -- over 30 minutes late. Visit: Saturday, February 18."

"I came here last Thursday, August 11 and was really disappointed with the staff’s customer service skills. No one greeted me or offered to help me upon entering the store. After choosing the balloons I needed, I went to checkout and have them inflated. The staff seemed really uninterested and made me feel like I was interrupting their conversation. They made me feel really unwelcome and didn’t even offer to put something at the bottom of my balloons so that they wouldn’t fly away. I would have paid for something extra but they didn’t even offer or recommend anything I asked for a small clip or something to put at the ends of my balloons and they tossed it at me and watched me struggle to attach it to my balloons. I don’t know if the poor customer service skills is stemming from the fact that the staff looked like teenagers, but regardless, I have never been treated so rudely before. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. I really hope management can train their staff on better customer service skills."

"I had to cancel my party due to weather and reschedule it for next day. Party city had already blown up my $60 worth of balloons. I asked if there was anything that could be done and the manager assured me he would refill the balloons back up and everything would be fine. So thankful for their help! Manager was AWESOME! Will be coming here again for future purchaseS!"
