Mosaic Community Services - Vocational Program, located at 288 East Green Street in Westminster, Maryland, is an integral part of the Sheppard Pratt Health System. Along with Family Services, Inc. and Way Station, Inc., we work together to provide world-class mental health, substance use, special education, developmental disability, and social services to individuals and families in need.

Our program offers personalized care for adults dealing with alcohol, drug addiction, and substance use, as well as a safe mobile health service meeting behavioral health needs in a community setting. We also help disabled individuals secure stable, meaningful employment through Alliance and provide comprehensive outpatient care for a range of mental health and substance use disorders.

Additionally, we offer supportive mental health services for individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities, short-term crisis residential services, and assistance for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities to achieve independence through supported employment and residential assistance. Our counseling services cater to children and families, and our outpatient mental health centers provide a wide variety of mental health services for individuals of all ages in one convenient location.

With intensive programs located throughout Maryland, we deliver individualized services to help clients reach a higher level of independence and meet their personal goals. We also provide permanent housing and support services to help individuals thrive in their communities and offer access to Sheppard Pratt expertise through remote clinic locations.

In addition, our program serves as a hub of resources for housing, job training, and employment services in Fell's Point, helping individuals whose employment opportunities have been limited or interrupted due to a disability or mental illness.
