"When I started going there 11 years ago, it was a great practice. It’s gone completely downhill. Sitting in the lobby, I have overheard on several occasions the front desk staff mocking patient’s medical problems, even laughing about a woman who was getting weight loss surgery. Then whenever I had to see Renee, (who is the most disrespectful, unpleasant healthcare provider I’ve ever had), she is so awful I’ve been going to urgent care rather than this place. I finally switched to a new practice because I just wanted to be treated with basic politeness. Renee even told me on my last visit that I should go see her friend at another practice instead of this one, but her “friend” is one of those quacks who charges hundreds of dollars for vitamins that will supposedly fix your medical problems, so obviously I wasn’t interested. But that’s the kind of care she gives."

"My whole family has been going here for year, haven't really had any issue until today, I called to get an appt for myself after getting sick over the weekend (NOT COVID) and I was told there were no appointments this week so I asked for the next available appt and I was told that I wasn't sick enough for an appt. so basically they don't care about any of there patients unless they're COVID related now."

"I have been a patient here since February 5, 2002. My son was a patient about 2 yrs prior (now deceased). My husband was a patient for many years (now deceased). I feel very comfortable at all of my visits. They have always answered every question I have asked. They are very particular about your test results. The staff are extremely polite and scheduling an appt is fairly easy. I highly recommend them."
