"I've been going MinuteClinics for several years now, almost always for allergy-related sinus infections. I'd actually been treated at this location just a few months ago for one such infection. I've always had pretty good experiences, but this was a VERY notable exception. For nearly two weeks, I've been suffering from a dry cough. This past weekend, it got considerably worse, culminating today when I woke up, threw up, and then presented with symptoms of both a sinus infection and a bad lower respiratory tract infection. I almost never go to the doctor when I get sick unless I have genuine reason for concern. Today was one of those days. While the staff was polite, the clinician dismissed my symptoms as being related to my allergies and prescribed a saline nasal spray. I have suffered from allergies my entire life, and have even been to a specialist for it - which I disclosed to this clinician. I also worked as a CPhT for four years. So I am VERY familiar with the symptoms and proper management of my allergies. My seasonal allergies don't cause bitter green sputum, dark yellow sinus mucus, emesis, or my SpO2 to drop down to 94%. I even informed this clinician that I am ALREADY using a saline nasal spray regularly for management of my allergies. To leave that office with a prescription for salt water was not just unhelpful: it's insulting. If you either don't know what's causing my symptoms or it isn't within your purview to treat, just say so and refer me to someone who can ACTUALLY help."
"Good experience with COVID-19 drive thru testing - appointment was really easy to make. The results took 6 days VS as promised on website 2-3 days. Most frustrating thing was they took my email and phone number and no one sent the results or emailed as promised. It just popped up on “ my clinic” app this morning . Would have been nice to get a text or email."
"If you're able to schedule an appointment in advance, the wait is short. The quality of care is better than our ped in most cases. Today they forfeited their fee and sent us to urgent care for something they didn't have the equipment to treat. Urgent care had the same diagnosis and recommended the same treatment. Very grateful for their compassion and knowledge."
"Walk in clinic is "full" from appointments but no one actually there for the appointment. Scheduling way ahead of time is messing up the whole purpose of convenience of the minute clinic. Web site says walk-ins are welcome but the PA said that was now allowed and turn me away."
"The doctor here told me that my son had an ear infection and one of his tubes we're almost out of his ears (a month after insertion) supposed to last a year. So we made an asap appointment with his ENT to find that he had no ear infection and his tubes we're perfectly fine. Recommend not coming here."
