"Dr. Stern is the very best, most compassionate, patient-centered and capable doctor a person could possibly ask for. If the world had more physicians like Dr. Stern many more patients would be motivated to make choices that impact their lives in a positive and meaningful way. She has a warmth that eminates from her eyes as she listens with good intent. She is ethical, she's real and she takes her oath seriously. She pays attention to small things. I imagine being a provider in 2023 would be a great challenge to cope with insurance companies, patients consulting Google and reimbursement frustrations, but those challenges don't convey to her patients. She's always punctual and always makes me feel respected and attended to despite my quirkiness and long-winded description of things. Having Dr. Stern as my pcp is truly a partnership in maintaining my good health. I am grateful for that partnership. Dr. Stern's nurse Kathy is equally as awesome for all of the same reasons. The team they are is a tremendous benefit to their patients. Being a patient is often a vulnerable experience in this world yet Kathy and Dr. Stern make me feel at ease and motivate me to pay attention to my health. I never feel judged, just educated and inspired. That's a hard balance to strike and they do so with grace and professionalism. I'm not a cryer, but I will shed tears when they retire. And healthcare will never be the same when these ladies some day hang up their lab coats and stethoscopes. Kathy and Dr. Stern are truly assets to their profession."
