"Don't get me wrong I love Old Town Ace hardware however, they have really sold out the people that don't go to hardware stores. All of their inventory is either swapped out for pet supplies grill supplies or other stuff. I was looking for some just basic construction tools and they didn't have it so my synopsis is go there for small stuff then go to a big hardware store for the real construction stuff."

"This place is FANTASTIC!! My Boyfriend and I have been looking all over for Ammonia to cycle our fish tank, we called and asked if they had it a polite man answered the phone and found it for us in store! When we arrived he overheard us from upstairs asking about it and came down and found us after we had walked away to look! His name was Alexander and he found me first and very quickly guided me to where it was, on the short walk there he explained to me that he actually did research to make sure what they had was what we needed for our fish tank!!! and even better than that he did the research to give us all of the dosages we would need to dilute it for our tank!! This was the most pleasant experience i have ever had in any store. wonderful wonderful customer service! Thank you so much Alexander!! This has really vibrantly brightened my entire week!!! ☺️"
