"Made a delivery and had no issues!!! Drivers need to follow signs to check in office, sign the book with your shipment number time in and time out and be patient and if the person is not at the desk, he is out in the warehouse WORKING so be kind and ASK someone KINDLY and not with a attitude. The unload was less than 45 minutes. With all the negative reviews I am very sure the drivers came across with attitude and disrespect and that is why you will get the same back. This place is very friendly and the warehouse is huge. Great Job to the night shift.. enjoyed the experience"

"Unfortunately, a lot of material I need is found at JJ Haines, however each and every time I have to wait for a minimum of one hour to have my material brought down. Too often there are employees standing around who could help their colleagues and customers. I hope this reaches management and they address this problem because the loss of time is a loss of money."

"I brought a Import Container for Delivery. The Woman behind the desk was very pleasant. The process was quick and I got My paperwork signed. The lot was Clean and open space to park the trailer."

"These guys are awesome,,, I got there at 6pm and my appointment was at midnight,,, they fired up the grill with ribs and T-bone steaks for all the drivers waiting,,, after we ate they handed out $25 gift cards to Walmart to show their appreciation for truckers ,,, overnight is available with pillows and fresh linens provided !!!! They even had a lady to come by and wash our laundry ,,,,!!!!!! Awesome service!!! Thanks guys ,,,,"
