"Teach your staff to be more respectful to the customer. The guy cashier would not have greeted me if I hadn't said hello to him first. He didn't even hand the receipt to me . I had to rip it off the dispenser myself. He didn't say thank you as I gathered up my bags. If you are gonna work with the public, you have got to be friendly !"

"On visiting, one can tell that the store has been ravaged by Christmas shoppers. Still, the Staff is pleasant, other customers appeared pleased, and I think once they restock the store, choices will be plentiful and varied. For example, there is a great frozen/other foods sections. Keep up the good work!"

"Update from my review just a few months ago: This store started out nice, but over the months, it has been getting worse and worse. Lots of empty shelves (you can't blame the pandemic anymore. I have been to other local Dollar Trees, and they are well stocked and clean) Nine times out of ten, I can't find what I came in for. The store is always a mess with boxes and merchandise in the isles. Today, I was told they ran out of bags. I was told I could buy a reusable one or they would give me a cardboard box for my items...This isn't Sam's people... The poor staff seem tired and overworked, but they still have a pleasant demeanor and always greet you with a smile. I'm only giving this location two stars because of the staff. Whoever owns this location needs to get it together. Until then, I will just go to the one in Odenton. 08/2023 This location doesn't have the best selection of items, but I am usually able to find what I need. Fairly clean and uncluttered. Staff is very nice, pleasant, and helpful."

"In this specific Dollar Tree at 1712 Crain Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061... Everything looks like a mess, a lot of boxes unpacked everywhere, in the middle of the aisle, a lot of stuff on the floor, management needs to step up and get this store straight.."
