"The prices here are a lot less than what other stores offer, especially for hardwood. I recommend coming to the store to look at what you like instead of online because the colors most definitely do not match. I would take a sample or multiple samples home to see how the lighting in your house affects the color of your floor. Another thing is to make sure you know how many sq ft you need because they have limited stock and can go from having 6k sq ft to 1.3k in less than 24 hours. So if you really like a floor, try purchasing the same day. Truly recommend this place!"

"Thanks to home depot and Lowe’s greed i found this place ! May God continue to bless whoever is behind this store! I made my purchase online at unbeatable prices and they text me the day for instructions on where to park to pick up my order! I drove 43 minutes got there spent 15 minutes to load into my suv from their forklift. Voila! No harassement to open a store card or random useless distraction! Straigh to the point! Will definitely go there from now on ."

"Terrible experience. I was sold a floor that didn’t suit my needs, it was just because the sale person wanted to make more money without caring what I needed. The floor was purchased on May 2022 and we moved to our house in July 2022. Few days after moving (no furniture) the floors started to get dented, scratched, cracked, stained. According to the manufacturer and Wood Floor Plus the floors have a 50 year warranty, then guess what? I called few months after, and the so called Manager Amanda O. Didn’t take responsibility telling me that walnut floors get scratched, dented etc easily and that was not part of the warranty, she didn’t even provide me with the name of the manufacturer (doesn’t show in the boxes or installation instructions) and my last email Amanda O. didn’t even bother to reply back to me. Company has been reported. You guys literally stole from me telling me to buy the best quality floors ever. Shame on you and your company."

"This company is my go to place for hardwood and high quality vinyl, not only is the material made of great quality the customer service is fantastic. I have purchased wood flooring from them since 2016, and highly recommend! They are military friendly and helpful to order items over the phone if you're deployed or not in the area. Hardwood flooring was installed in the living room, and stairs, new beautiful vinyl composite grouted mezzanine installed in the kitchen. Highly recommend, without question, no need to search elsewhere. They have excellent reviews and the business owners care about the customers."
