"I've always been a Home Depot fan as they always have what I'm looking for, and then some. Much more so than small local hardware stores. Over the past couple of months, I found myself engaging their online service with delivery. It is superb! Very user-friendly and responsive. Everything arrived within a couple or few days; even some rather large products. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"I will never shop at this Home Depot ever again. They allowed thieves to use a fake ID on their phone to open a credit account and purchase over $7000 of goods. For months Home Depot and Citibank Fraud Services said I was responsible for this bill. The County police even verified that I was not responsible when they saw the thieves on Home Depot’s security cameras, but the police report itself was not good enough for them. I had to contact them numerous times and speak to the manager of Citibank Fraud Services to finally get them to take action to reverse the charges. After more than six months, all I received was a canned letter from Home Depot Credit Services saying I was not responsible. No apologies for the mental anguish the caused me or harm they did to my credit."

"This place has gone down hill fast, in store pick up was not able to be found and I was told to come back later or go get the items myself. Then I guess because they consider me a employee now I got check myself out while 3 employees did absolutely nothing but talk about how hard it was to work black Friday. Oh and the magnet locked the cart and not one of them flinched to help. Horrible experience, go to lowes less than a mile away. It's worth it not to give this place any revenue for subpar products and management. They don't even try to help"
